It’s all about abstaining from calories and food for periods of time.
Very easy, simple, and effective adopted it as one of the best ways possible to stay healthier! The way you feel will make you addicted to it.
When eating all the time I feel bloated, stuffed, and tired all day.
This also lead to me being over 300 pounds.
It’s just a past memory now because of Intermittent Fasting.
A simple, cut and dry way of eating while slowly making better foods choices.
Only drinking water or 0 calorie drinks, Including black coffee and tea.
24 hour fast benefits are going to be the same, just make sure that you choose what’s right for you first.
You can fast for small amounts of time try 14- 16 hours.
Soon the body adjusts and go longer to my suggested area of 18-24 hours.
How Often Do I 24 Hour Fast For Benefits?
The more often or longer we fast the more benefits we experience.
Most of us already fast! After 12-14 hours the stomach is usually empty so in the morning most of us are at 12 hours “fasted” without food.
One of the problem is we’ve got so accustomed to eating most of the day and right when we wake up so the body is constantly digesting food.
This is not indented, the human body was designed to be able to go without food, this is what fat storage is for.
Try 1, 24 Hour Fast a week or more to keep the bodies immune system recharged while the body repairs with autophagy.

When we over eat the body stores this as fat.
If we go without it, say in a “famine” state the body beaks down this fat for energy.
If we are eating constantly then we’re in a “feast” mode always consuming too much to, way to often forcing fat gain and less desirable health.
A lot of foods we eat are not helpful and we eat them way to often.
