Seeing is Believing
Food and diet changed my life. If not obesity would have taken me out. In a giant overweight mess that I hated.
Instead I am happier and healthy then ever.
You decide what you want so life can be yours. Either we choose self empowerment or self destruction.
Without the internet it would have been impossible for me to get healthy.
With all the knowledge, products, books and examples I would have never known anything about alternative health solutions.
Ways for me to understand what the issues were. Why am I Obese? How did I get this way? Why my body was inflamed? What causing all this?
I sought out alternative health solutions. It didn’t take long for me to begin to understand what my problem was.
Eating foods that we killing me because they were created by a company for profit, not for human health.

That being said it doesn’t change the fact they are negative towards health.
I hope this becomes eye opening to everyone that it isn’t always what happens to us, but what we do that sometimes makes the difference.
We decide to chew the food and eat it.
Not knowing is our only haven, take that away and all we have is the knowledge that these foods are not in our best interest at all.

Easy fast and cheap its easy to see why, but honestly our lives are not worth it.

If we lived to our retirement age would we be healthy enough to enjoy life? Travel, Leisure, Sailing, Golf?
Living the good life finally after all those years retired happy and healthy. Unfortunately this isn’t the case.

Waking up being excited about your body instead of dreading that mirror which for me was one of the most painful things having to see myself was torture.
When you wake up happy and you enjoy the body you have its a complete turn around.
Staying youthful, healthy, capable as well as making sure we don’t forget what life is about.
We can do something about our health no matter what level we are. It was no magic pill or “easy diet” that cured my obesity.

We don’t need to be doctors or nutrition experts to eat healthy besides with the internet they’re at our fingertips.
No need to go looking for all these insane far out ways to try to cure something that isn’t the root of the problem.
I want to use an example from personal experience. No doctor would be able to sure my obesity with magic, he or she can tell me how or why but cannot make it happen with a pill or a special treatment.
It became 100 percent up to me and what I ate. Little did I know most doctors don’t get that much training in nutrition or the effects on health.
Yes they know and understand the body but regardless even telling you what to eat, it isn’t up to them the decision is still yours to make.
If a doctor or nutritionist did have a dietary solution for you what would you do?
If they said “no more soda or msg” would you listen?
Say someone like me told you I cured my disease and lost over 100 pounds by eating healthy food would you do the same?
I feel personally that I saved myself from death. Now this isn’t to say that I was “gonna die” instantly or that I couldn’t function on a daily basis.
That being said ,I was in physically and emotional pain constantly everyday all the time.
That is no way to live, I hate myself because I felt like crap and looked like crap.
They call it morbid obesity for a reason it was slowly killing me. You can almost feel it happening a slow onset of worsening conditions.
There is a way out and I want to make sure that I stand on the hilltop to shout it out loud so everyone can escape like I did.
No more feeling hopeless and powerless. We have the power, it just take effort as well as honesty with ourselves to make effort, to take one small step in the right direction.
