As a former athlete and US Army infantrymen endurance supplements are something I know.
Understanding the importance of endurance because I’ve had to push myself past the breaking point.
For more then 15 years I’ve been training my own body in one form or another.
While I still weight train and have lost over 100 pounds one thing hasn’t changed.
